At Esteem Innovation, we are committed to ensuring our users maximize the potential of our structural engineering software. To maintain a high standard of service: there is optional software maintenance for perpetual license(s). By default Esteem Subscription has accompanying software maintenance.

Software updates and upgrades to enhance the stability and performance of your Esteem software. 


The most cost-effective way to ensure ensure your Esteem software remains up-to-date. It includes access to update packages as well as the upgrade packages at no additional cost. This is designed to provide you with a seamless and economical way to stay current with the latest features and improvements.

15-Day Emergency Cloud License: As a contingency plan, this temporary license ensures uninterrupted access to Esteem software in case your company encounters issues with its Esteem dongle(s). This allows you to maintain seamless operations while we work to resolve the issue with your physical dongle. When necessary, license duration will be extended based on the severity of the issue or unexpected delays in resolution.


Note: Technical support is focused on software functionality; the final engineering judgment, design validation, and code compliance of any project remains the sole responsibility of the Esteem user(s).

Official Policy for Perpetual License Holders

Software Maintenance Renewal

Active software maintenance renewal is at least for a minimum period of one (1) year.

We aim to email you the software maintenance renewal offer(s) for your perpetual license(s) about 45 days before its software maintenance expiry date.

Save at least 10% by Renewing Early

Avoid the mandatory 2-year reactivation requirement and back-pay penalties by keeping your maintenance active.

Backdated Maintenance Policy

For all perpetual licenses, the reactivation process is inclusive of paying for all missed maintenance periods backdated to the last expiry date.

Fixed Expiry Alignment

The software maintenance reactivation expiry date is strictly set to either 30 June or 31 December for the following year.
